Miller impressed the R's management and coaching team after his performance against the Rangers reserve's last week.
Aldershot won 3-0 and Miller scored once and set up another in the match at Loftus Road.
Miller began his career at Portman Road before moving to Southend United as a 19-year old.
He then began a spell in non-league football, playing for Canvey Island, Grays Athletic, Gravesend before he joined the Shots last October.
At the end of last season after netting eight goals he was awarded the Non-League Paper's "Young Player of the Year" award to cap an outstanding season.
He was part of the Shots team that lost on penalties to Shrewsbury in the Conference Promotion Final in May and has already netted four goals this season to help them up to 4
th in the Conference table.Aldershot Town Chairman Karl Prentice has confirmed that an undisclosed fee has been agreed for midfielder Adam Miller to join Queen Park Rangers.
Prentice told his club's official website: "I spoke to QPR Manager Ian Holloway on Thursday evening with a view to allowing Adam Miller to join QPR. I consequently spoke to the their Chief Executive this morning and we have negotiated a package that is beneficial to both clubs."
He added: "I know that the word is out and there has been debate about the Adam Miller situation but I can categorically state that Adam is still to have a medical and the paperwork is not likely to be completed until Monday morning. It has also been quoted that we are to receive a 'Nominal Fee' for the deal. As far as we are concerned it is not a nominal fee to Aldershot Town. It will remain undisclosed but it is by far the best deal in our twelve year history.
"There are also added benefits which will be relevant to Adam's progress and QPR will also visit the Recreation Ground for a pre season friendly for the next two seasons where we will retain the whole gate. Adam will go with our best wishes and we thank him for the excellent service he has given Aldershot Town Football Club over the past year."
QPRMAD would like to wish Adam the best of luck in his Rangers career.
