QPR manager Ian Holloway admitted sealing promotion to the first division was the best moment of his career.
A 3-1 win at Sheffield Wednesday ensured Rangers clinched second place ahead of Bristol City, and Holloway said he was proud of all his players for bouncing back from adversity.
"It's a tremendous feeling. Ever since I took over I knew that the place had to be sorted out," he said after the match.
"But everyone worked hard and now I would love to change the name of this club to Queens Park Rangers United.
"I'm so proud of everyone. In the last few weeks we've lost to Bristol City away and Plymouth away and we've still come bouncing back.
"I've experienced promotion as a player, and now I've experienced it as a manager and this is a thousand times better."
