Taylor has been with the club for two years and whilst she admits that leaving prior to Rangers' first season in the Coca Cola Championship was a hard decision to make, the time is now right to move on.
Speaking to the official website she said:
"I am immensely proud to have been part of a hugely successful period in the history of Queens Park Rangers.
"I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with the Club and would like to thank my colleagues at Loftus Road, the players and the supporters for helping to make these last two years so unforgettable.
"Nevertheless, I have decided that it is high time I put my young family first, and make a much-needed adjustment to my work/life balance.
"I look forward to exciting professional challenges in the future, but for now I would like to spend the kind of time with my children that working all hours for a Coca Cola Championship Football Club often does not permit.
"In my time at Loftus Road, I believe the Club has made great strides in terms of commercial activities and revenue generation and I depart, happy in the knowledge that the tools are in place for such progress to continue.
"I would like to wish everyone associated with the Club the very best of luck for the future and I look forward to watching, and enjoying, Rangers' push for Premiership football."
