A disappointed Ollie spoke to the Official Website saying:
"I certainly didn't expect that of my team. We got caught cold by one ball over the top and then we seemed to lose a bit of confidence.
"I wanted everyone to get a feel for it after Saturday's game in the heat, but we have a lot of work to do.
"All of a sudden they pressed and then we couldn't get out. Ray Lewington would have been very happy with his boys.
"Our distances weren't right. We should be squeezing it as a team. Chris Day should have come off his line. The lads looked at Daisy and they would have expected him to clear it. Georges almost kept it out."
And Speaking about the dissallowed goal, he said:
"The young 'keeper fumbled it and McLeod's was a perfectly good goal.
"I talked about leaders - and their first goal wobbled us. Their second goal looked to be offside from the replays and it could have been a very different story.
"I think we'll be stronger for it eventually. I felt one or two of the boys who have been with us for a while under performed.
"We only got where we got last season by keeping a high line and the 'keeper sweeping behind. We have got to get back to what we do - and the new boys have got to learn our way.
"On the overall balance of play Watford were the better team tonight - but in the future, we'll just have to wait and see."
